List making does have some urgency in my mind as well. I keep to do lists for years and days, and lists of things I want (guitars, video games) or need (groceries). I accomplish the daily list to a reasonable extent, I put more on it than I can accomplish, but it does help me push myself to reach the goal. I guess I write them like a sales manager would where the goal is beyond expectations.

I have never tried Abilify, but I have tried Zyprexia (atypical). Too many side effects. I guess I've come this far without them that I don't want to go back (4 years). The psychiatrist didn't want me going off of them.
Nothing appropriate comes to mind.

Weight gain was also a side affect for me, Sunnyg. It was hard to get out of bed, or stand up right away (there is a term for that). Of course, I already had the problem getting out of bed. I felt like a piece of me was missing, and I had the empty stomach feeling, which I thought to cure with paxil. It helped that and my anxiety/depression, but I still gained over 50lbs.

Well, I imagine they would just shoot me up with haldol at first. I don't think I'm going though, I keep myself in check more now even if I do sometimes discuss my problems. I think it is good to do so though. I found when I held it in too much it would get worse.

We ordered a sofa that the legs will not screw together properly:( SO, I had to open up a claim and get a claim number, they wanted a picture of the issue too. SO I took a picture and sent it in. Now I'm waiting for the new sofa to ship, and they'll have to take away the old one. At least I like to look of the sofa...

Wow, that sofa looks fantastic. I can easily see myself lying down on that and falling asleep. Our sofa here is a bit dirty at this stage, and it is very old. Plus, it isn't leather.

I have never read that book, I might look into it when I don't have to focus on college. Yes, delusions about hurting others are painful. Thinking one did something that never happened.

My talk therapy is on forums, and it might not be related to illness. It's just my comfortable way of communicating. I also might talk to my mother. I don't include my sister in it often. Sometimes I'd like to, but I don't want to trouble her. I also talk to friends, and it is also good to talk to or read what people who have been through this have to say. It is good to hear of others successes with mental illness.
