Jesus will not deliver you from this. A psychiatrist might. Go seek real help instead of placing your hopes on something like that

Hi Serena, I have battled with devil posession since my psychotic episode when the devil supposedly took over. Now I am tortured by him everyday. I feel pinpricks from the devil in my body, I feel cold, and the devil is in my forehead, watching me. I would like to know your symptoms, if you can post them.

Well, just consider this basic and simple principle

Actually, as a part-time social worker working along with others in dealing with people with psychiatric disorders, we would often come across the people facing such a problem of a rather 'supernatural' nature.

In this regard, the principle involved here is just a very simple one. Well, for all these so-called 'demon', 'devil' and other imaginary sinister forces that are playing in someone's subconscious mind, they are in fact to a certain extent, just similar to those creeps, rogues bullies etc in our real lives who tend to prey on the weak ones by threatening, intimidating and terrorizing the latter.

Next, another similarity between these two 'forces' is such that the more the weak ones that are being preyed upon are scared, frightened, feared and afraid of these bullies, 'demons' 'devils', other imaginery sinister forces, the more and more 'threatening and 'intimidating' that these forces would 'turn out' to be time after time, and the worse and worse the situations of the related victims will deteriorate over time. In short, all these forces are fed on the sense fear of their victims.

Nonetheless, whilst all those creeps, rogues bullies etc in our real lives are capable of inflicting some really real physical harms and dangers upon the weak ones that they prey on, all those so-called 'demons' 'devils', other imaginery sinister forces etc are simply and totally unable to do so, other than just merely influencing the brain of the weak ones by sending forth imaginery 'audible' voices, false images etc to the subconscious minds of them in the attempts of 'telling' them 'what to do' and dictating their actions / behaviours / personalities.

In that case, to deal with all those 'demons' 'devils', other imaginery sinister forces etc that are fed on fears of the weak ones, well, the very simple and directly effective approach will be, don't give them what they want. So, whenver you feel afraid of 'them', just get a grip of yourself and let your very own inner self take full control of your mind and body. And at the same time, just bear in mind that all those 'demons' 'devils', other imaginery sinister forces etc would certainly be unable to 'manifest themselves' onto your real life and physically inflict any real dangers to you like those creeps, rogues bullies etc who really physically exist in the real life. So, there's certainly and absolutely no harm at all trying to do so.

In such a case, such self-efforts as associating yourself with meaningful activities such as reading / watching something inspiring, working on something that you enjoy doing, such as your own hobbies, etc especially together with your close ones, trying to think positively, pessimistically, rationally, sensibly and realistically, these activities would all serve to boost your own inner sense of self-confidence and help you to achieve an ever-improving lucid and clearer states of mind as well as making you 'mentally sound, firmer and stronger' by gradually enhancing your self-wills and self-determinations.

And when these objectives are achieved all those so-called 'demons' 'devils', other imaginery sinister forces etc, well, given that it wouldn't serve any of their purposes at all by 'residing' in your subconscious mind, they would eventually and naturally have to turn themselves away from you.

Besides, having lesser materialistic desires and doing other charitable works of helping the others would be helpful as well in dealing with these so-called subconscious 'demonic' / 'devilish' influences given the very fact that one would always tend to feel better, more mind-easing and have a sense of greater self-fulfilling, after doing such meaningful works. In such a connection, all these meritorious acts will serve to boost the self-confidence of the less-confident ones too.

I think some of you are using the word "demon" like a metaphor, just to mean "bad". (Like on TV they say a crime was "diabolical" - of course it has nothing to do with actual possession.) But I am interested in actual experiences of feeling that you're possessed, that the devil is acting upon your body, controlling it, etc.

Well, when I have mentioned such expressions like 'demons', 'devils' etc, I am just actually referring them as the allegorical / symbolical description of conditioned existence in order to respond accordingly based on the context of the post made by serena nisha sattar who have mentioned such terms like 'demons', 'devils' etc. And I am not definitely talking anything about 'demonic possessions' here.

'Scary?

For me personally I wouldn't say anything in the illness was scary lol,

I'd liken being tormented by Demon voices as a bully you can't beat the crap out of. (If they would have materialized for just one second I can assure you I would have )'

Well, different people troubled with mental disorders certainly would have differenct medical histories, experiences and memories for their respective symptoms of negative feelings that come along with such disorders. And feeling scared is actually just one of them.

So, in the context of those imaginary audible voices, false visons etc that are substantially unreal and which could co-exist with certain delusions, hallucinations and states of paranoias, I am just suggesting the ones troubled by such problems to try their best not to entertain at all with all these false sensory perceptions by trying to get a firm grip / control of their minds in order to finally be able to distinguish the scenarios of real reality from the unreal entities that come from the sheer dissociative delusions, hallucinations, paranoias etc which are playing in the subscounscious minds of the ones troubled with them.

In this regard, I have been advised and instructed by the related psychiatrists, psychotherapists and psychologists of the followings as holistic healing approach for mental disorders, particularly the ones that involve the dissociative mental states of delusions, hallucinations, paranoias, feeling false sesnsory perceptions such as 'hearing imaginary audible voices, having false visions etc.

1/3 of medicational helps + 1/3 of psychotherapies, interactive, interpersonal, emotional, communication, conselling supports from the others + 1/3 of self-determinations, self-initiatives, self-controls, self-wills and self-disciplines to think positively, rationally, realistically and practically as well as to lead a normal and healthy life'

Next, I must admit that it's quite arbitrary for me to do so in the first place. However, given the fact that there are more and more people nowadays, especially the ones having the mental disorders who would tend to rely heavily, and if not completely, but at the same time, rather ignorantly upon medications as their sole and only means of dealing with their mental disorders, hence, by assigning the numerical proportion of '1/3' to each of those 3 variables for that 'equation' I'm just trying to convey a message to the intended readers that such factors as external psychotherapies, interactive / interpersonal, emotional / moral supports from the others as well as self-controls / self-efforts to think positively, they are just fairly as important as the medications when it comes to dealing with mental disorders.

In such a connection, all those external aides of medications, psychotherapies, interactive, interpersonal and emotional supports etc, they are all meant for the same ultimate goal of bringing such disorders under control and there is simply no doubt for that.

Next, since it's the ones having mental disorders are the ones who are actually suffering from such illnesses, which arise from negative perceptions, negative feelings and negative thoughts formed in their own brains / minds (instead of other people's brains / minds), it would eventually necessitate they themselves to put in their very own self- efforts, having received both external medicational and interpersonal helps from the others, to exercise self-controls and self-disciplines on their own to direct their own brains for self-reasonings, self-introspections and self-rationalisings.

This is to say, for the self-cognition / thinkings psychological part of the ones having mental diorders to form those positive feelings and positive thoughts in their own minds on their very own, and then to naturally develop postitive behavioural / personality changes, such a cognitive thought / thinking process actually can hardly be 'dictated' by anyone else other than they themselves. In such connection, as to the cognitive / thinking abilities / processes of different individuals, one of the simplest examples will be the process of learning a knowledge or something else whereby a person can get the best text materials, teachers, lecturers, tutors etc to assist one in his / her learnings, however, it would still ultimately depend on the very cognitive ability / process pertaining to that particular person which is then the key decisive factor in determining whether the knowledge is successfully acquired in the end or not.

In short, those self-efforts (related to self-cognitions), in the very end, will eventually be very much essential, or rather the decisive factor in determining whether the persons having mental disorders will achieve improvements / recoveries for their mental conditions or not.

In a nutshell, in terms of all those self-determinations, self-initiatives, self-controls, self-wills and self-disciplines to think positively, rationally, realistically and practically as well as to lead a normal and healthy life as mentioned above, well, that's simply a very down-to-earth reality of life that no pains, no gains.
