I have been hacked

I have been hacked, and I believe it has been done by my voices (AVH). They can see everything including my IP address. I don't know what to do. I never miss my meds, and I have taken them up in dose, as agreed to by my doctor.

Might need to talk to the doctor about an adjustment to the meds- if you're maxed out on doses, maybe y'all can try something else.

Just try and keep in mind that auditory voice hallucinations, by their very nature, are going to know what we know- they see everything and know everything because they're us, so.. as disturbing as it must feel, it should be of no surprise to us when AVH know things we don't feel as if they should know.

It's Unlikely you've been hacked by such things. However many issues lye with dodgy planned obsolescence activities, spamster's trying to bloat your system with malware or other crap that goes on including simply un-forseen bugs occurring. Learning how to safely de bloat and clean your system might give you comfort. Maybe if that doesn't help you should look at investing in some cheap easy to use non advertising based security software that actually has decent well founded reviews to you liking but I wouldn't recommend going any more extreme than that.
