Somewhat weird hallucinatory issues

Someone who isn't necessarily me, but might be, has a problem. It is like they have tiny vampires running around their head, cutting open meme structs and pillaging the contents. Like if the database in jurassic park was infected by a virus. This is apparently accompanied by uncomfortable hallucinations both auditory, physical, smell and visual. Any tips on how to deal with this?

Is this person able to go to a doctor? That's what I'd recommend. Maybe start with a family practice doctor. If this person on any medicine or doing any sort of drugs, it's also possible that it could be a reaction to something.
