Has anybody ever heard voices

Has anybody ever heard voices say negative things about them? Sometimes I hear voices saying nasty things about me and I was wondering if any of you had the same experience?

It is very common for a voice hearer to hear very negative remarks. Also, the experience of hearing voices, including hearing negative voices, is not specific to schizophrenia.

If the voices scold you, you can scold them too. You perceive voices as something that is not you, that is separate from you. At least until you're dissuaded of it. Name the voice with some name to identify it in this world, and scold it with any words.
Do you think the votes are unfair to you? But maybe you need to change something in your behavior? Sometimes it can help.
Although usually the voice does not aim to make you better, but rather to provoke you into stupid actions.
