Fighting negative symptoms with Concerta/Ritalin

I am diagnosed with schizophrenia which I believe it's trauma related in my case.

I explanied it here since I a a bit anti-psychiatry:

I take a low dose of an antipsychotic that is suppsed to block presynaptic autoreceptors which tells the cell how much dopamine is enough, so it enhance dopamine neurotransmission instead of sedating you. Plus, now I am taking concerta 18mg for negative symptoms and tiredness.



I wanted to know your experiences with stimulants, if there is any. Thank you
