You are doing the right thing doubting those thoughts. It is far more difficult than anyone not only who hasn't experienced it, but even people who have but aren't in the moment with it will appreciate to defy something you experience by denying it's existence in your own mind. Hallucinations and delusions present themselves as real, and you can't "know" they are not real. You believe they are not, you tell yourself they are not. With time, medication, and the fortune that can come to you, these things will pass. Do not let yourself doubt that you will be free of these delusions, and fight them until they are faint, or gone. Yes, please go to a doctor. They will reaffirm your conclusions, they will give you medication that may help (even a great deal), and continue to deny the hallucinations and delusions at every turn. They may seem to rule your life, and be in control in a way that you don't feel you are in control. But they are not you, and you can be free of them.
