Has anyone managed to make anything that is bigger than zero with their so called delusions?

I refer to finding a job that is compatible with the illness or constantly keeping one variable at the same level?

I'm sorry i had to simplify my question, i didn't mean to offend anyone intelligence wise. But i would say that of all boards this one is the most deconstructive.
