Voices or telepathy?

I have 'voices' in my head that feel much more like real telepathy. It's like I have a sixth sense. Never has it felt anything like annoying voices. I use this telepathy to communicate with others.

Let me say I am sorry if this bothers you. Its not uncommon in schizophrenia, others report having similar experiences.


Now, may I ask? How do you communicate with others? Can the hear you telepathy? Or just hear their thoughts only?

What you are hearing could just be your intuition and your conscience or it could be a disorder that you need treatment for.

when you keep on taking them and then you stop taking them they put you on others...they say you have a chemical imbalance...the chemical imbalance is because of the last meds they put you on...in turn....they are in the process of inducing telepathy in your brain. ..when you figure it out in your own head what kind of person you are cause you know who you really are...the voices try to change you from the inside out....you know who you are dont be afraid of them .you are a caring individual. ..when i sit and think talking to myself in my head they try to replace the words in my head when i wouldnt think or ever dream to say what word they replaced right before i go to say something in my mind. They mess with me all the time..so i started fighting back by using their own mind control back at them ....they cuss at me put me down and i cuss at them back...what really pisses them off is when i talk abut their mom
...they try to tell me this tell me that ....they say their spirits dont believe them....they work and they are alive...they have feelings that can hurt...they are human....they dont like when the person they are assigned to has the upper hand...they get scared tooo....so tell them they are going to burn in hell too...they hate that...they put you down...put them down...tell them to get off their computer microphone and bring it....they get pissed...never give in to them ..they tell me im gonna go to hell...i tell them when i get to heaven...i will see each and every one of the mind control agents and i will get to decide their fate...they try to say who do you think you are i tell them any body you want me to be....they shut up after that...i laugh...cause i know im going to heaven..

Could be telepathy, is that something you truly want?

if it is, be prepared to drop all the medications, and be prepared to spend the next 20 years of your life coming to terms with a world that is populated with 6 billion people.

It is almost certainly neither! The closest resemblance would be a sort of internal telepathy, whereby you're bouncing ideas off your own sub-conscious and getting responses. It's a perfectly normal thing, especially if your personality loves to problem solve, just make sure you take everything you hear with a grain of salt! Since it doesn't seem to be negative, I would just let it occur naturally and try not to dwell on it. If you manage not to poke at it too much, the ability will eventually phase out and just become a normal part of your conscious train of thought. Best of luck and warm wishes! I know this but have never had a convo just been aware of another's feelings about something. Sometimes it is just phantom thoughts of my own but it is more present if the other person is thinking towards me?

Schizophrenia can cause people to feel or experience a sixth sense more or less. Unfortunately it is probably unique only to the person experiencing the schizophrenia. However, I recall talking with someone (non mentally ill) who legitimately believes in telepathy. He explained it to me on an air flight once. Personally I disagree with him, I think what he was getting at was nonverbal communication. In some cases one person may be able to influence another to think in a certain way entirely through nonverbal actions. You think someone will respond a certain way, look at them, expect a response, and then more or less get it.

Telepathy is not something that can be absolutely disproven, but there is not substantial scientific evidence to make it logical to believe that it is real. Still you can believe in it, just don't expect it to work every time. Or get to into it, then you might get off track IMHO.

I have studied this problem because I went through something very similar. Like many of us I thought the voices in my head were coming from other people. Still I never saw them act like normal people... Working, cooking, using the bathroom. I never saw them do these things.

The closest thing I think they are are tulpas. They are imagination created beings that develop because of a pathway error in your brain. I am a pretty scientifically minded person and I believe I've proved to myself that telepathy in humans is very rare and very weak. It has to be something else like a brain pathway malfunction.

I've succesfully deleted two of my voices by this technique. Become a master at ignoring them. It works like a fire. The more fodder you add to the kindling the more the fire gets bigger. So the best way to stop a brain pathway from firing is to not use it. Ignore them as best as you can. No matter what they say and how curious you may be you have to ignore the voice. This stops it from responding so much. In a few weeks you'll see how much less they come around. In other words by ignoring the voice the neural pathway is weakened and eventually you'll get rid of it. Don't talk back to them ever!

If they are bothering you so much that you can't stand it remember that the voice or tulpa is already weakening itself by talking to you. Don't do the same. By ignoring it you are saving your mental strength.

If you absolutely have to talk to them tell them they are a second-hand mooch because they are thinking about you but you are not thinking about them. Aha! This always gives you the upper-hand because you've disciplined yourself not to think about anyone but yourself. That's the trick to it. You try to never waste a thought on them. Eventually they will give up and leave. Like I said, I've gotten rid of two voices with this method. I still get the rare occasional flash of the voice but very rarely.

And if all else fails just laugh at them and say, "Haha! You're thinking about me again! But I'm not thinking about you! You second-hand mooch!"

No, they are not voices. It really appears to be genuine telepathy!!!
