Pressure in my brain

I feel pressure in the left top of my brain which makes me order a different mental state.
I have sent a signal to my brain which supposedely should get rid of the pressure feeling, but usually there's no change to my situation. Does anyone know, why I feel pressure in top of my head, or how to get rid of the pressure?
