Hi everyone, Im currently taking risperidone and citalopram, sometimes when i visit my dentist or i av an hospital app they ask me what meds i take and what they are for, and i sometimes clam up and say i dont take any. When i do tell them, I start thinking that they might laugh at me or look at me funny. As anyone else lied about this before????

I do the same. Although, it really is best to tell. The good news is that the people we do tell are manily doctors, dentists, etc.; people who are professionals. All that menaing they will not laugh or judge.
Most of the time my doctors dont realize what my medicines are for. So when I tell them and they ask, I usually reply just with "anxiety". Hehe, atleast that's what I do.
"us vs. them"

Im on rispiridone also, and my school are meant to be informed but I don't want the funny looks or peoples thoughts about me. I also avoid telling dentists and doctors though its dangerous because they could give you medication that may react badly with the anti-psych because they didnt know.
