difficulty taking medication

Im finding it difficult to take my medication (risperidone) reguarly, because of disordered thinking and forgetfulness is there any way I can make it easier?

What time do you take them? My husband kept forgeting his morning meds so he ended up putting the pills on the kitchen table after he took his night time ones so when he got up he would see them and remember. This worked for him.

9 am and 9 pm. yeh putting them out for the morning could definatly work. not sure about the night one. thanks.

Is there anything that you do everynight without fail? Or could you set an alarm to go off to remind you, like on a watch or in your house? Maybe put the pills somewhere where you can see them like by the TV, or near a book you read or something like that.

Good luck remembering. Sometimes thats the hardest part.

Doing all the things you mentioned would definatly make me remember. Sometimes I think its psychological and I dont really want to take them at all. Thanks for all the help.
