The Astral Realm

I am wondering what anyone thinks about this, or if anyone wants to talk about it. Do astral beings exist? What is the astral realm, really? Sometimes it is hard to know where the line is between what is spiritual and what is a symptom. Very 'sane' people talk about astral phenomena, out-of-body experiences, and near-death-experiences. Are they delusional but just not to the point of having psychosis?

Have had many obes for years now and am perfectly sane! What causes them depends on your beliefs - it could be to do with the brain cause let`s face it there is much that has yet to be discovered (and maybe never will) about the brain`s capacity. Or the spiritual angle is that obes as the beginning part of NDEs (Near Death Experiences and proof that the body is separate from the soul. I guess as science progresses more will be known but science IS now begining to consider that the spirit/mind/soul whatever may live on after the body has died. There are lots of good books on the subject - depends how brainy you are - some are easy to understand, others more technical. Good luck!

idk? i do know that my feet hanker solid to the ground all the time, unless i'm in bed, or in a very high chair, and i also do know that the brain is enormous in it's possiblities for manipulation, i have no point other than those, do with them what you'd like:)
