I like walking, but the anhedonia has pretty much sucked away the positive memories from anything more. I have a lot of admiration for dedicated athletes though, and cognitively, I wish I could care about being active and in shape again. Today, most of my exercise consists of leisurely walking or cranking up music and dancing around my room like a madman.

I play no sports, the last time I did was a couple of years ago when I played football with some kids, my cousin and my brother in the park before sunday dinner.
I like to walk and I walk usually at night as I'm a night owl, there are less people and less noise. I've always liked to, its also a great way to think and like Nietzsche said "All truly great thoughts are conceived by walking". I would like to keep fit, but I'm too lazy and I get bored, I start to do push ups and running up and down my hallway (until I get bored) one day and the next I just don't continue. I have a bike my father brought me to get me out of the house more and keep me fit, I haven't used it since March this year and then I only used it to go from mine place to my uncles when I was looking after he's place.

Don't like any since most of them requires that the person go outside and interact with other people. The only that i do at home is a scheduled strength exercise to gain more strength on the arms.
Sometimes i go outside at the garden and walk from point A to point B/point B to point A endlessly while thinking about stuff/fantasying.

I get out of the bed in the morning (at least 3 times a week). It might be hard but I think my abs are starting to show

Ok, in all seriousness, I go running a lot, it helps me relax and clear my head, especially while listening to music. No team sports though, I've always sucked at those.

I walk back and forth to work every day about 40 minutes each way plus a 40 minute walk at lunch so about 2 hours a day altogether. I really don't enjoy running or cycling so don't really push myself any harder. I'd rather take a four hour walk someplace interesting than spend 15 minutes on a stationary bike or elliptical torture device.
I did like swimming a lot when I lived closer to a pool and I did kickboxing when I had disposible income.
But yeah, not into the team sports. It's not just the team thing. I've just always found competition really pointless.
