I feel aweful when i wake up, i desperatly want to go back to sleep but it doesnt work.
Also noticed i get more feelings when im tired and going to sleep, espacially at afternoon nap, i kind of feel more bodily sensations and an urge to move my body.
I assume my true self controls the dreams and thats why i hate waking up so much, and also i hate my life

I usually feel pretty good in the morning. I have a couple cups of tea and then ask myself "Now what?"
It's all downhill from there.

yea but thats the defult, imagine being isolated since the day you were born, and any kind of food suddenly appears on your table, you dont have any choise to do anything or what to eat,
at some point having no choises becomes your reality, you can't understand choises at all, you never had any...

I don't mind waking up. I'm alone. It's quiet. It's rather nice. Are you getting enough sleep?

I dont usually sleep good, but i just have nothing to do here, most active i get is when i make simple food, 3 minutes maximum, i dont like tv, games, anything, i hate literally everything this world has to offer except for food, but i have to fill it up with something so i torture myself with youtube and sad music untill i sleep again

I do feel miserable in the morning as well. My body just feels like lead.
What helps me, is standing up, walking around at 1st with no direct aim, but starting doing minor things. Putting things in order. Slowly preparing breakfast. Drinking a coffee substitute with chocklate oat milk, feeding the cat, ASO. Beginning with little useful, self-effcient things and then it's quite easy to stark the bigger tasks. Of course I don't have a 9-to-5 job.
