You may think you're the first person to "read an article by an expert" and come here convinced that something or someone "fits it to a T", and that it must mean something.

You're not.
Is this now?

I don't really think there's much insight we can give you on this that will be useful to you.

Given that you're obviously committed to the relationship with her but concerned, can I recommend trying some form of couples' therapy? Taking your concerns about the changes in the relationship to an actual professional would almost certainly be a better way of working through them than trying to diagnose anything. Generally I'd say take your concerns to her first, but from the arguments you describe it sounds like that aspect has broken down a bit.

I have also heard similar stories from Autistic couples. As already stated, the best thing you can do is seek couples therapy and perhaps that may lead to other treatment. We can't diagnose here and it's even more difficult with secondhand knowledge.

Guy walks into the SPD forum after having read one article on SPD, then asks the SPD crowd if they have read the article on SPD. No. We have no information about the disorder at all. We just hang around this specific forum arbitrarily. Thank you for enlightening us.

Come on, man.

I should mention that your schizoid 'expert' has not published any peer-reviewed literature, and does not write in an academic style. Ergo, he's not an expert.

Maybe she's just not that into you. Doesn't mean that she has a psychological disorder. Or maybe your expectations for physical intimacy are out of the norm.

Those articles were culled from schizoids.info. The site is no longer up but it was a bit flaky at best. It had an annoying new age slant to it. Kind of reminded me of the OP's post, but with punctuation.

For the love of all that's holy PLEASE USE A COMMA EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.

Your posts make me dizzy. You want some commas? See below. You can cut and paste them. I got them from emillionth. He won't give me any of his question marks.
