Accidentally posted this question on another forum haha

Anyway, why you consider yourself lazy? and if you don't, why so?

I don't consider myself lazy but I am sure it can appear that way. I think apathy in various aspects of life describes part of it. I get things done that need to get done, I just don't have the same hurriedness as others. I used to get chastised at work for not jumping when everyone else was. Sometimes, people don't like the calm and collected approach to things. Some things just don't need to get done because someone wants it that way.

So if there's something you really want, let's say an extra cash bonus, but to get it you need to work really hard and communicate all the time for more than a week, you will have no problem (laziness) doing all that to get what you want?

Sorry that I bring stuff from other conversations, but you said you skipped school a lot. you don't think it has something to do with laziness?

No, I had no problem doing my schoolwork. At the time, I think I decided other things were more important. There were also some living situation issues that I was working through.

As for whether I'd work harder for a bonus, I don't do well with hypothetical questions. Every situation warrants it's own consideration at that time and place. That being said, if I really needed the money, I could probably muster the energy. Taking into consideration that I am not working now, I must not think I need more money and therefore, am not putting in much effort.

Do you consider yourself as lazy?

Yes.

And no.

It boils down to my instinctive nonconformism. When I decide to go against my instinct and cooperate, I'm passive-aggressive at best. Or I get genuinely sick.
Is this now?

That's too vague for me to answer.

How long is your not-laziness can last/survive? without anyone telling you what to do.
