It's not an eating disorder yet but just be careful. Cutting out unhealthy things like sugar, fried foods, caffeine etc is perfectly fine as long as you are making sure you get enough calories and nutrients in a day.
dx: Mixed Personality Disorder (F61)
Anorexia Nervosa (F50)
Substance Abuse (F11)

But if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the earth. It's just a matter of how you look at it, that's all

Having expectations is the problem. People are bound to disappoint when we have expectations of them. Zero expectations= zero disappointment.

All pleasure leads to pain, therefore isolation from people is the answer?
My take on pleasure is, it is not primarily sourced via connection with others, therefore isolating oneself from others is not actually relevant.
My thoughts are:
Pleasure is fleeting and short-lived. For me the transient nature of all things that bring joy ( or used to) makes it un-motivating to seek it. One could say the advantage of the transient nature of all things is, that pain and bad times can be short-lived also, but because we do not seek these states of being, or experiences, there is obviously less unhappiness with their ending.
