Hi. My name is Philip and I think I have SPD.
This has recently become apparent due to being in a new relationship where my new partner has noticed the same behaviours that I have exhibited with a previous one.
I have little or no compassion/empathy for others, even when they are in pain or are suffering.
I have little interest in a sexual relationship or intimacy.
Although I can fantasise and talk about sex and sexual acts, I have often had no desire to carry them out or become involved.
I have also been in denial of my behaviour and igored suggestions to seek help, as I did not see any problem with my mental health.
I often prefer my own company, despite being in the company of someone else.
My concern is that this behaviour will damage a future relationship because it damaged my previous one.
Any help, advice or signposting would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.

One thing to look at is the general criteria for a personality disorder. People can have similar traits but still go about life just fine. It's difficult to diagnose online, we shouldn't anyway and if your issues are causing you distress, it's best to seek professional help. Other than that, welcome to the forum.
