Yes, to all of them and as a retired senior I eat a better and more balanced diet than at anytime in my life. I have no car so I use my recumbent bicycle to get everywhere, using a cargo trailer to haul anything I need to haul. My hygiene is great and always has been.

I have never smoked, gave up drinking in 1975 when I was 22 (my drinking career only lasted a year and a half). I have never done any illegal drugs at all which may be unusual for a child of the 60s.
I believe we have all seen people who are schizoid, passed them on the street, yet never had any idea that they were schizoid because they appear so "ordinary". For me being schizoid means, first and foremost, that I am not a people-person, that I prefer solitude and my own company, that I enjoy being alone but do not feel lonely. I don't enjoy doing many things but that's a far cry from enjoying nothing. My life is not an unfeeling black hole and overall I am a well adjusted person who just happens to be schizoid.
