I've been on a strict diet for a little over a week, so the above may actually change a lot in the following months. I'm not allowed to eat red meat, artificial sugar, bread, pasta, fried foods, no caffeine...pretty much only fruits veggies and water/juice/milk.
Yes. I walk outside daily at the very least. My apartment complex has a free gym the I utilize as well. If I'm there, I do whatever I feel like from lifting weights, to the elliptical, to the bike or simply use the treadmill.
I'd say I'm in the middle when it comes to strength. I'm neither a weakling nor an Olympian.
