This. But as I have mentioned, it's mainly because there's just less information to digest. Communication is served since I get the words but I don't have to deal with body language and all that crap; that just overwhelms me quickly.
Yes. And facial expressions. I'm always thinking I can read people through their micro-expressions, which is distracting. They're talking to me and rather than listen, I'm thinking "Hmm..what did they mean when they slightly raised their eyebrow after I said that?" Before I know it, I'm a million miles away and have no grasp on the actual conversation.
And to flee the premises you just have to push a button.
