I took that test a few days ago, and got 25 & 26. (took it twice)

I think most of us here are past the point where these tests are necessary. Most online tests like this are cursory and inconclusive. For someone who is just beginning to wonder what may be wrong with them, perhaps they might be useful in pointing them towards an area which they can take into consideration while seeking professional help, but otherwise they're just mental masturbation. With ads. And links for facebook.

I scored 23 on this test, which means that I'm probably low to intermediate. I agree tests like this one are helpful in finally defining the problem; finding schizoids.info was a real relief for me.

I have sort of a thing for taking online quizzes even though I know they have no actual application. But I thought it would be interesting to see how others scored on this. (Also, this test is a little iffy bc it doesn't tell you what the lowest possible and highest possible scores are :(. I tried to do the most 'schizoid' answers and got a 44, so that might be the top #.

Say your score and if your diagnosed? I got 32 but I'm not diagnosed.

Well I don't take these quizzes as I have found they are not a reliable measure of determining much of anything. You are better off assessing your personality traits and how these traits affect your everyday life. This will give you a truer measure of how you register in a certain Psychological area.

I find it's better to take a basic ailment in the Psychological world and focus on that. Don't get too caught up in "subtypes" and what not. Determine where you would register on a scale of that basic ailment. You might be barely registering on it (meaning it's not a problem) or you may be more strongly registering on it (more traits of the ailment and more affect on everyday life...this could be a problem).
Your one and only resident Schizoid (in most places).

21 on The Naps Test.

On question 21 the test item reads: I laugh and smile readily.

If true then that brings one closer in to it. :?:

I guess its should be a differetiating question. This test is amateurish a bit... Iike q nm2 - I feel life is pointless. I don't feel it I know it, realize it. Btw I got 31 on it.

Laughing is more a matter of intelligence than emotion.

Depression can cause a high score as it looks like the whole "schizoid" concept is underpinned by low psychic energy.
The questions here really scream that.

Depression is also low in that department too. The best way to tell is looking at the outward behavior criteria and determine if it is pervasive or life long. I.e., If you were born flat with your emotional pallet.

you are right ,i do think that is because i am depressed .sometimes i feel i can be a little schizoid. or that i change pds. other times i get avoidant but other times it gets schizoid and other times i am overemotional

Depression and SPD go hand by hand from what I know about it... however one should not confuse cause and effect.

p.s. Easyasπ is that Dali painting on your avatar?
