Things to do to streamline your life

Also female, also hate shopping, especially for clothes and shoes. When I find something that I like, I usually buy two and wear it basically until it falls off me.

Sometimes I wish I had a replicator to copy my favourite shoes over and over and over and never have to wear different ones again.

I also hate most stereotypically female clothes. They are uncomfortable and supremely impractical (fake pockets, fake buttonholes, etc). Even at the office I resist them and go for pant suits every single day.

i'm not a fan of shopping really, especially if i need something specific. i find if you go into shops with an intentional item, you will never find it. i occasionally pop into shops if i just happen to be passing and usually end up find that easier, because there's no "you have to get this" feeling.

i used to like book and record shopping, at least, if the shops weren't crowded or too monolithic, but now online is so much easier for that. also if i go to ebay i can get records on vinyl too which is more specialist, there's only one old record shop i really like, and that's because it's tiny and never busy.

i try to get everything online these days. saves a lot of bother.
