But you are suggesting that there are some external things that you can get more pleasure out of than others - enough where you would want to spend the effort maintaining and replacing them instead of just seeking something else.

yes. i get more plesure out of very complicated things. not pleasure in a normal sense. its just that its more there to obsese over. the harder it is the more i want to do it. the more time i spend doing it.





some ? take years to solve. some take minutes.

And I think we may differ in that area. I do get obsessed with things, but I would describe them more as internal obsessions. I spend a lot of time thinking, but when it comes down to actually doing something, I lose interest quickly.

well yeah i do the same thing. solutions are solved in the head. deductive reasoning. i got the answer 1st. if i got an answer that doesnt require me to "DO" then i dont. i just move on to the next ?. if there is a ? that i cant solve. then i "DO" IT MAY ONLY REQURE 10 20 30 PERCENT. But if i can see it. by 20 percent then i move on.
