im having a bad day....

its drew again. i tried to register so i wouldnt have to use my wifes user name but wouldnt you know it that didnt work for me either. it figures. im depressed and feel a bit defeated and i cant figure out what the point to life is. the harder you try to move forward the harder something pushes you back. it gets a bit irritating. and to top that off i havent felt like talking and as a result of that i think i hurt lisa's feelings. but im an asshole anyway so i guess it should come as no surprise that i screwed up again. sometimes i just get so dam frustrated with the world in general i dont know what to do. but i suppose i will push it toward the back of my mind and force myself to change my mood. anyone else ever have days like these? and if so, what do you do about it. usually i just go back to sleep but today im not tired so that isnt a possibility either. any input would be appreciated.

I to have days like that.

So far the only cure I have found is sleep.

Other than that you will have to just tough it out until your mind wanders on to something else.

why not try reading something?

I thought lisa was the point to your life and reason for living, which is why you got married in the first place.

What exactly are you moving towards and what is it that is pushing you back?

sometimes i just get so dam frustrated with the world in general i dont know what to do

What is it that frustrates you about the world? The world's problems are out of your control and there's nothing you can do to change them. So don't let the state of world get you down. What happened to that 'I don't give a $#%^ attitude'?

anyone else ever have days like these? and if so, what do you do about it. usually i just go back to sleep but today im not tired so that isnt a possibility either.

Of course, everyone has days like these. You just have to try and take your mind off the negative thoughts. Go for a walk, exercise, cook yourself a good meal, clean the house, read, do something, anything. Just don't sit there and wallow in your depresion. Do you have any hobbies at all? If not, get some. And by the way, going back to sleep won't solve anything, you'll just end up feeling more #######5 and sluggish when you wake up.

I don't want to sound too harsh, but quit your whining and toughen up a little bit. Complaining about your problems and asking complete strangers for advice isn't going to help you. I could give you advice on what works for me, but what works for me might not work for you. Some things you just have to figure out for yourself.
