I find no science in astrology.

Oh, no worries, that wasn't unclear at all, just followed up with tongue in cheek.

Some of the dumbest, but also funniest things to do is to start debunking silly beliefs with carefully following the opponent's line of reasoning, point by point until where it clearly falls apart, only to have the other person posit something even more ridiculous than their original claim. Seems quite common to think that the sheer idiocy of "you can't debunk that claim!" is some kind of a victory.
One example involved prophetic dream claims and the magic milk carton that grants wishes.

While I will agree that moo-juice has magical properties when mixed with chocolate syrup, I see great idiocy in said claim that the carton can grant wishes.

In an attempt to get us back on track, another idiotic quest:

When I was 12, I went out to try a take pictures of a bobcat that was rumored to be roaming the neighborhood.
It found me before I found it.
I ran like hell even though it was walking away from me. Hid in an old barn that was grown over in poison ivy.
Cowardice, ass-whooping, horrendous leg rashes, and not one damn photo.

*Looking back on what I've done; I wish I could say I am making this up. *facepalm*

That's good, since chocolate milk aside, it's a thought experiment to help debunk the power of prayer. More specifically the claims that prayers are answered by either yes, no or "later," where the same outcomes could be achieved by praying to a milk carton. The reason some people don't seem to realize this even after testing, would be confirmation bias. Either way, whatever the problems in the reasoning of gullible people, it's quite safe to assume that the Occam's razor received by these people had likely been labeled as either defective, or named "The Lobotomizer."

Speaking of 12 years old, this doubled as an early indicator of more upcoming schizoid moments:
Probably around that age, on a sandy downhill with my bike, I suddenly found myself lying on the ground. Getting up, I checked myself to find a "small" slice of skin (1" by 3/4") hanging on one end with little to no blood. Now the "normal" reaction would've been to freak out and get help, but since it wasn't painful at all, really, no sensation at all in the area surrounding the cut, I took my time cleaning and patching things up. Getting home and casually mentioning about it to parents got me promptly stitched up. It indeed wasn't as urgent as it seemed and cleaning the cut had helped.
