Is Dating worth it?

You won't know if it's worth it until you've tried it a bit. I would try it first if that's what you want to do. If you're simply not interested in even trying it, don't worry about it. It's not that big of deal. The only difference to me (Schizoid Personality) is that you have someone talk to once in a while and have sex with if you both decide to do that. Really, it's not a big deal either way to me. But, that's just my opinion.

i've had a few relationships.. all of them ended badly. Not really worth it imo, i always end up with someone who's either too needy and clingy or can't understand why i don't want to talk to them/see them every day.

Is it worth it? Ultimately you have to decide that for yourself, I still don't even know if it is though I've had some experiences, they've all ended badly and they were all complete with a feeling of claustrophobia, I felt trapped and that my life was no longer my own when I was in a relationship as my gf would often want to hang out and be with me alot, which I can understand but I can't be around anyone for long periods of a time. I ended up resenting her because of it and never was able to feel comfortable when I was trying to relax on my own as I felt guilty or felt this great expectation on my mind that I had to be socially active in our relationship. I think if I ever date again It would be with someone who is more introverted and shy.
