Schizoids are lame people

How many schizoids has the OP met in real life to make such an accusation? Probably none. Maybe one?

I actually find 99% of people to be boring or annoying. Perhaps that is one of the reasons why I don't bother to socialize with them anymore. When I did socialize with people, I was far from boring according to them. The words I currently write on the internet seem to entertain a large number of people, but I don't do any entertaining here.

I would guess some schizoids aren't boring and some are, just like "regular people".

So...if you think all schizoids are lame, you clearly haven't met the right schizoid and probably never will.

Except the parts of my life that I fake to create the illusion of a normal life, I am the most boring person I can imagine. Most people would rather stick a twig in their eye than spend as much time as I do on this computer.

Same, to most people it probably seems like I'm flat and boring.

Just because schizoids seem dull does not mean that they do not engage in complex internal dialogue. If I meet somebody who shares my interests, for example, we can have a rather interesting conversation. But I guess I'm not interesting in the sense that I'm not passionate and exciting...

Don't completely rule out schizoids though, we're not all "lame people".

I don't think I'm lame, however, I admit to being painfully boring and that I'm not much fun at all. I would never describe myself as interesting.

Lame doesn't quite have that ring on its own. Can I be Captain Lame?!?

LAME IS ALWAYS IN THE MIND OF THE BEHOLDER. AND WHY WOULD A TRUE SCHIZOID WORRY ABOUT LAMENESS??? WHO THE H***** CARES. IF PART OF BEING SPD IS "BEING" AND TRUTH IS IMPORTANT THEN WTF?

I find myself very interesting. I do know though that if anyone ever hung out with me for a long period of time, I would be fairly uninteresting to them. I understand why they'd think that, too.

So many people in the past have liked me at first, then they actually tried talking to me for more than ten minutes, and then they found out that I'm really not a very exciting person. Hehe.

The OP was obviously trying to incite some type of angered response, I don't know why this thread wasn't moderated appropriately.

With that said, the fact that this thread even exists demonstrates that the OP lacks a fundamental understanding of what SPD is. I'm not sure if he was being serious, or if this was just some misguided and convoluted attempt at ironic humor.

Per chance that he was being serious, I would be inclined to discuss why he thinks it "lame" that we find that the human "bee dance" to not only unpragmatic, but frankly inauthentic.
