I have a friend who always talks in third person.
He refers to himself as if he was talking about someone else...
EX.
(Talking about breaking something)
"He didnt mean to do it!"
Or sometimes he just calls himslef by name. And he mostly refers to people by their names.
He is also ver violent at times, saying that "He has a right to do it." Instead of 'I'.
Is there a mental disorder of some sort that has these conditions?

There is no specific mental disorder about people being violent or talking about themselves in third person. He may seem eccenrtic at times, but it doesn't mean anything is "wrong" with him.
Although this doesn't ring a bell for any specific disorder, things like violence and talking as such can be in result of many many defecits.
If he doesn't see this as a difficulty, and he doesn't hurt himself or others, I wouldn't worry it about him having a mental illness.
