Am I allowed to post delusional beliefs I had? It's dark, twisted and it's also Rated X and R

The general tone of these forums is that we try to steer folks away from swimming in their delusional beliefs. If it's understood that 'this is something I have trouble distinguishing from reality' then yes it can be discussed to an extent with the understanding that it's not real, and is a symptom. We'd much rather dwell on solutions to having delusions and hallucination. Otherwise it would become an echo chamber for delusion.

As far as R and X, while there is a lot of mature subject matter scattered about in PF, we do try to be nominally family-friendly, as we do have posters under the age of 18. Graphic sexual depictions or graphic violence is discouraged and subject to moderation at the mod team's discretion. Sticking to generalities and vague description is always preferred and will help in not running afoul of the forum rules. The devil's in the details, so to speak.
