What they think of us here...

In Oregon they are talking about closing the Southern Oregon State Hospital in Junction City, Oregon and putting around 200 SEVERELY mentally ill people who were originally determined to sick to take care of themselves back into the community in some of the poorest counties in this state. This is bad enough but it does not appear like a great deal of increased funding for outpatient mental health care with will be forthcoming from the Brown administration and the Trump administration is doing its level best to cut funding massively for the catastrophically mentally ill through Medicaid. Therefore these people potentially could fall through the cracks of history yet again and the mentally ill be screwed in this state. It would not be the first time.

Wow. What a shame.

Sorry to hear that. Mentally ill people are worth so much more than that. There is so much potential in this group.
