I accidentally watched Shutter Island a couple days ago and I'm STILL dwelling on it. There are so many other triggers, but this one in particular messes me ALL up HARD :shock:

I love classical music, it's my go to choice. However, when I listen to a lot of John Williams' music, I get triggered into a manic state. I love the Star Wars scores, but can't listen to them. So you're not alone here.

Any kind of trippt.medium in general can be a trigger for me. This isnt really a trigger but i notice thay when i am hallucinating i tend to hear this song "whats love got to do with it" playing in the background of my mind lol. Dont ask me why XD
