www.MyFitnessPal.com and tracking all my calories scrupulously on this app every day, even after losing the weight. Also, by never drinking my calories. That means no fruit juices, pop, alcohol or cream in coffee. I drink mostly plain water and black coffee with no additives. I weigh myself first thing in the morning, every now and then, just to make sure I'm staying on track, and I record this weight. I do some form of favorite exercise or two everyday. Doesn't matter what you do as long as you enjoy it and it's effective. I play piano and do yoga and take the stairs in my apartment everyday. Your regimen might look different.
