Someone close to me suicided a while ago. I wish I'd understood what was going on with this person and helped. I just didn't know.

Hi david
I am really sorry to hear about the person you were close to who committed suicide. Very often people dont know when someone they care about is going to do this as people are good at keeping a secret. It is also normal to feel guilty in your circumstances although it is a horrible feeling to have. I think what you need to say to yourself is you were not to know and it was not your fault this happened. Have you had any bereavement counselling to help you deal with this?

Hey David,
things like this tend to happen and I'm sorry for your loss, when someone you know commits suicide with no apparent reason, I can understand how it can leave people dumb-founded and confused, not to mention extremely upset.
So, where is your head at after all?
