Apologies, I didn't mean to make assumptions. With regards to the 'abuse' it does sound very much like OCD. It's irrational fears because you have clearly not abused anyone.
Are you absolutely sure you are a paedophile? As in, do you have frequent fantasies about children?

I viewed child pornography for 10 years. I do have fantasies about children, but have been trying to stop.

I can get aroused by adults, but it is usually ones with child-like features.

Don't feel stupid. How old are you? You can't help your feelings, only your actions.

I am 22. I don't have any friends and I cannot afford a therapist. I also don't want my family to know, but I live with my mother so she would tell everyone.

Do you have a job and maybe a way to stop living with your mother soon? You could look for a charity that offers free therapy for now.
