My parents don’t know half the stuff I’ve done

Actually there is more people I am close to, I lied to and/or don’t know certain things about me. But for the sake of simplicity I will just talk about my parents today. I know it’s normal growing up for us to experiment and do things that we may or may not tell our parents. But didn’t have the best relationship with them growing up. I’m in late 20s and to this day my mom doesn’t know I had an accident involving edibles that sent me to the ER. Bot my mom and dad don’t know that I had fling when I was in my early 20s and that I’m not a virgin. I’m not married and I have no kids. I think my mom assumed I only kissed someone. I have become more open to them recently and told them some stuff which was a huge relief. But I still have those lingering past that I haven’t said anything about.

Well I reckon it's up to you as to how much you want to tell them. Keeping in mind that sometimes, ignorance is bliss. If this is all in the past, then I might be asking why drag it up to them?
