The other night

Postby crazygurl2264 » Sun Jul 02, 2017 8:05 am

my husband and I were having a minor argument I wanted to end it and asked him to stop, he then proceeded to copy what I just said in a mocking tone which as I stated in my last post is my only 0 to 100 anger trigger and he knows it, I asked him calmly to stop and he wouldn't, next thing I knew I slapped him across the side of the head, I felt bad for it and still do, I know hitting is wrong.

I try to think before I act. There has to be a Plan 'B' because the spontaneous Plan 'A' can be the wrong one sometimes.
Your husband was acting in a juvenile way as well.
Take a deep breath and step away next time.
Best of luck to both of you. :D
