Unable to seek therapy and can't wait for the inevitable

Just a note to say that here in British the rule is that a therapist must report if there is clear and present danger of a child being abused (say, a man talking about his 12-year-old "girlfriend") and so the OP's case would be very unlikely to be reported. But I cannot speak for how it works in America.
