Certainly there are some over-zealous prosecutions because America is a puritanical culture. That is not to say that child-on-child abuse doesn't occur but I'm comfortable in saying that putting a 10-year-old girl on the sex offenders registry is ludicrous and wouldn't have helped either her or her brothers.

Nudity itself is not inherently sexual and it is sad that American society insists that it is.

I recently remembered and started feeling guilt over some weird ######6 thing I would do when I was like 9 or 10. I used to put like golf balls or rolled-up paper towels under my niece's shirt and her shorts to make it look like she had boobs or a big butt????? Idk why the hell I thought that would be funny...

I never looked at her in a sexual way and I have never been attracted to kids in my life. I never fondled/groped her, but would what I did be considered inappropriate touching? My mom would scold me for doing that and said my sister(niece's mom) would get mad if she saw, so she would take the balls/paper out. God damn it! What the hell is wrong with me?

My brother(13-14 years older than me) had a crude sense of humor. He would often put oranges and bananas together to make them look like penises and place them around the house. He would also get my stuffed animals or toys and make it look like they were sniffing each other's anuses or like they were humping each other.

I thought I was just like my brother with a crude sense of humor, but I could've severely damaged a small child just because of my idiotic sense of humor.

Again, to me that reads as a goofy kid acting out, probably influenced by his older brother :)

Not appropriate, but not traumatic I wouldn't think and personally I would be horrified to see a kid put on a list because of that.

Furthermore, you were a young pre-teen child. I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much if you can.
