In need of some help please!?!

Im new on here and would like sone help please...

I cant remember the age it all started but i was very young my older brother being 5 year older used to do things to me from a young age like touch kiss and have intercourse with me he used to tell me everyone at his school does it so i thought that it was normal

Then i started to do things with my little sister who is 3 years younger and my cousin who is 4/5 year younger than me too.

I feel really sick, guilty and shouldnt be here anymore i felt like this for years and i dont feel like i have anyone to turn to in my family as i think they wouldnt understand and be disgraced.

Ive been reading that in some cases its classed as experimenting but then on another page its classed as incest??

You are not a monster. It sounds to me like you did things which you had learnt because they happened to you - ie learned behaviour. I think that passing on things you have experienced sexually as a kid to other children is quite common. Do you think you would be able to talk about this in therapy at all as I think that would be a good place to take it- they will not think you are a bad person,they will want to help. It sounds like what happened to you could have been damaging too for some ppl and therapist could help you think about that
