The goal of this particular forum (Remorse) is to support those who have done things they have remorse over. The goal of the Sexual Abuse & Incest forum is to supoprt those who are survivors of incest. They are two separate forums for the very important reason that the members are posting about things which need to be kept separate for the good of all concerned. In the Remorse forum ppl need to be allowed to explore their thoughts wrt what happened and whether or not mods agree with that it needs to be allowed in order for the person to work on what they did and how to move forward from it. The Remorse forum exists so these conversations do not go on in the abuse forums.

Thank you.
In this place, there no one forum which is independent from the others. Al members and victims normally go all over the place and read through different forums, and different problems at the same time. The item that can trigger there, still can trigger here. I still remember the debate in the incest and sexual abuse forum regarding those who tried to invade that forum in order to promote and justify the incest relationship of what they call "late bonding between members of the blood families....".
There should be principles, limits and clear policy of the whole big forum.....not only to treat every forum as a separate one.

Abraham
I was sexually abused as a child and I have feelings about some things that are talked about on this forum but the fact remains that ppl with remorse issues need to have a place where they can talk about this safely. just as those who are abused need to have a place where they can talk about that. This is why we have separate areas for Abuse and Remorse. What I would suggest is that if a particular forum triggers you then you stay out of it

Crack
Thanks and my appreciation.
However, it is like hiding heads in sand.
Just have a quick look to this thread again. Compare this thread with other threads in the same forum, bearing in mind the date of posting and the number of viewers. This should be highly considered. Please remember that I was not referring to the member who posted the thread but to the odd replies from new members.
