I mean, I've done quite a research about this topic because I found myself in a situation similar to some people here (And it is almost identical to yours), and if this helps me to get calm, even if temporary, might aswell share it with all of you. It's not the end of the world, just a confusing matter.
I really think it should do more than just temporary. You, me and everybody in this forum should try to grasp and hold on to it, not letting our brain take over and keep scaring us. I've always feared what society would think of me but this thread on Reddit it's a proof that society doesn't see us as criminals or sick people.

It's important to keep some perspective on what exactly you may believe you've wrong. If you have not murdered anyone you have not in fact committed a capital offense. You have not done
anything causing anyone any apparent serious injuries or serious risks to their health requiring them to seek medical attention. There is no real point to feeling remorse unless you actually caused somebody harm. Remorse is merely a rational desire to fix some sort of a problem we may have caused to somebody or compensate them for some sort of damages we might be responsible for. Turning it into some sort of irrational guilt trip doesn't benefit anybody. It makes no sense to worry about anything you can't do anything about. The only problems we need to be concerned with are the ones where we have some sort of an obligation. If your sister doesn't seem to have any problems she considers you responsible for causing , there doesn't seem anything she needs your help with.

Posting links to try to normalize child on child sexual abuse or any kind of abuse is against the rules and may result in a warning. Abuse is never okay, no matter what age the perpetrator or victim is.
There can be healing for all parties though and while it can be difficult, working with a therapist to find a more constructive coping mechanism than merely suffering in silence and with guilt can be a very good thing. I hope you're able to find some help satobsat.
