Out of Control.

My Gran's just been to the Doctor. The same GP I have, who knows everything about me, blah blah, and she's ALWAYS had low blood-pressure...and now, it's high. Extremely high.
Everyone knows it can be caused from stress, right?
She's been living here for 10 weeks or more after an operation in Hospital.
I've been out of control rage-ing for weeks due to coming off my meds in a suicide bid...

What the HELL have I done?
Have I caused this?!
I asked Mum if it was me and she just shrugged.
I. feel. sick.

I feel so incredibly guilty and I just don't know what to do.
She either needs to go home or I need to move out.

Perhaps you could talk to your grands when you calm and ask them about the reason for the blood pressure. If you really are the reason or, in my opinion, even not, try to help your grandparents as good as you can and try to finde something that you can do if you get in rage again.
