How to keep no contact when in the same friend circle..

i know its very hard for you , but one thing you need to do just ignore her dont think about her or dont look at her when she also there with your friends . i know its very hard but you can try this i think its works for you ,

That's great to hear James. It sounds like you're feeling calm and in control of your reactions to her now.

Yeah. Just looking forward to the next call she'll hopefully give me now haha.

I know I've just gotta keep it cool and not be too forward.

She's probably still surprised how cool I was on the phone with her.

Just gotta keep focused now. Starting to get a bit eager today but I know I have to chill out a bit haha.

Hey again!

Decided to give her a quick call on Wednesday and she seemed very surprised to hear from me.
We had a nice conversation in which she was mostly telling me everything she had been doing and what she was doing this weekend. I didn't give much info about what I was up to.
Just kept the conversation nice and short and said that I had to get going.
I said to her, 'Gimme a call sometime if you want..' She then said, 'Yeah, well I'll probably see you at our friends over the weekend won't I..'
I then said, 'Yeah maybe.'
I think I should try and not see her there this weekend and go and do my own thing..
I got an email from her yesterday too with a little reference to the amazing holiday we had in New York in January.
She has taken her friend to hospital today for an operation so I thought I would give her a quick call to say that I hope everything is going ok. It went to voicemail so I left a nice message.
Gonna leave it at that for now unless she calls me.
Missing her a lot today.

She called me back and during the conversation she asked me if I was happy..
I said yeah but I don't know what to make of this.
