anti-semitism scares me...

ok, so...this is in the relationship section because anti-semitism affects a jew's relationship with non jews. Did anyone notice how prevalent it is on the internet as well as in certain countries? I won't name any countries right now. I meet anti-semites on dating sites, I see it on message boards, I see it in schools, college classes, college professor and students, I see hate sites online, I even see JEWS who are freaking anti-semites and pick on other jews. You wouldn't guess those jews hate other jews cause they're all into israel and religion etc, but...they say things that give it away. For example I had someone mention "holocaust recreation games" (you know like those american 1800's war recreation games or whatver) to me. A jewish girl said that. What on earth is going on?? Why is it spreading to even jews? I am personally a little frightened. Btw I haven't noticed this problem on this board, I'm not accusing you of anything...

You will see lot of garbage on the internet. I've personally never met anyone outside the internet who openly expressed their anti-semitism. Just don't make a big deal out of it, because internet does not reflect world consensus. If anything, anti-semitism is at an all time low if you compare it with the last 2000 years of history.

Actually I have met people who expressed anti-semitism off the internet! It's pretty creepy.

Antisemitism is a problem and six million Jews were murdered because of antisemitism and white supremacy. Even today, light-skinned people are deemed more physically attractive than dark-skinned people.

Even to this day many Christians and Muslims are hostile toward Jews but I also realized there is a lot of hostility towards atheists too. I have the feeling that atheists are not very liked, especially in the United States. Atheists are even less liked than other religious minorities.

In fact I think that Neonazism and racism are on the rise in the world. The world is in fact becoming more racist, not less racist as many like to believe.

As they say, the more things change the more they actually stay the same.
