Hi Jasmin,

Nice to hear from you . Nope nothing happening here. Keep phoning Police but not getting back to me, I was hoping she would be arrested by now! Bigamy is not a high priority over here but it's still a crime! She has been ignoring all the solicitor letters and the form from the County Court to get marriage annulled. Next step will be the court to serve her with it but she will most probably ignore that too. This costs me more money!

Got my new home sorted and move in on Dec 23rd. Can't wait

All that "ignoring" notices will cost her more jail time. The Judge will view it as blatant disregard of the court. Short cuts in life (like avoidance) never works out well in the long run. Hope your new place is homey for you!

Hi One,

The annulment is a civil matter hence she can ignore the court if she wishes however it's her chance to defend the petition and my requests for the costs to be paid back to me by her.

I expected her to act in this manner however it just adds more costs which if I'm successful will be paid for by her. Even if she does not turn up in court it can continue in her absence. A decision can also be made.
I would prefer her not to be there so im happy she is acting this way.Be snug as a bug in my new home. Brought some new furniture, can't wait to move in over the Xmas holiday

What furniture did you buy? I hope the court rules in your favor and you won't have to think about this anymore.
