My relationship is great, but sometimes we fight about stupid things. Anyone know any good books to help me feel more connected with the people in my life?

It depends. Are the fights caused by a certain issue like drugs or alcohol? Are you disconnected from everyone because you choose to be?

Care4URmind.

That is a normal thing in a healthy relationship to get into arguments. I'm in a wonderful relationship for almost 7 yrs, we fight about the stupidest things on earth, but it doesn't mean we don't care for one another and so forth. Arguments are normal in all realtionships.

Unless it's hurtful and abusive.

I can only suggest that you do some reading to see if you can find the answers; check out James Ray's new book Harmonic Wealth - deals with all 5 Pillars of your life - Relational, Spiritual, Financial, Physical & Mental

I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years and we fight about stupid stuff too... who took the dog out last, whos turn to empty the dishwasher, who is more tired... I have def learned how to not get mad in these situations but they still are exhausting and annoying to deal with.

I try to let the argument play out w/o getting too emotional or angry. Hold no hard feelings and learn for the next time.

Sorry, no recommendations for books.

Good day!
