This seems like a fairly straightforward decision that you should be able to make on your own. Why do you feel like you need help with it? Just curious.

I don't use Facebook, but would think it strange if an ex (or current) physician wanted to 'friend' me. Then again I would think it odd if my plumber wanted to friend me too.
