Contracted STDs from a one-night stand 5 years ago

I Contracted STDs from a one-night stand 5 years ago, I confronted him and felt used afterwards. He denied of course. I still haven't moved on, I blame myself constantly and can't seem to not think about it. My marriage is not going great either, we are now becoming roommates (almost).
I feel isolated since I don't have anyone to talk to. How should I move on?

obviously, the first thing to do is seek medical treatment. as this is 5 years ago, i'm hoping that you've already done that. some STDs can be effectively treated. others less so. if it's the latter, i've no doubt this will adversely affect your ability to move on. i'll guess that there ought to be some sort of counselling available for these sort of situations.
